Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and other issuesPreform all the works on the government platforms  Perform all tasks related to Social insurance office Perform all tasks related to Labor office.Perform all tasks related employee's medical insurance Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee letters, certificates, contracts....etc.Maintain employees 's database and update them continually.Sorting emails for the HR department according to their subjects Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leavesInsure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
