Fluency in any language of those (French, Chinese, Russian, Korean, Turkish)
* Working hours from 9 am to 5 pm
* Saturday and Sunday Days off

Job Description:

* Increasing the company's potential and existing customers.
* Receiving and following up on potential customer inquiries until they are active.
* Preparing export offers according to client needs and company's procedures.
* Negotiating prices, payment, and delivery terms.
* Representing the company in local and international trade fairs.
* Communicating with the Production and Finance departments to enable an efficient export process
* Following up on export payment collections.
* Evaluating export markets and opportunities through market analysis
* Managing customer’s feedback, opportunities, and complaints.


Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service and dealing with clients
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Negotiation and persuasion skills
Experience in sales management
