Starting from the first day, you’ll go through a comprehensive Onboarding Program that systematically exposes you to all areas of the organization.
You’ll participate in a four- to six-month rotation development program including:

Entry-level from 0 to 1 years of experience maximum.Bachelor’s degree in (Business & Engineering) majors.Previous or current participation in extracurricular and volunteering activities.Flexible, adaptive, and responsive to the specific needs of the position.Superb Communication skills.A people person, street smart, and able to understand different characters.Interpersonal and organizational skills including attention to detail.Problem-solving and risk-management skills.Management and planning Knowledge and skills.Innovative and willingness to explore.Mathematical and analytical skills, and ability to link numerical reports to business decisions.
