Reservations Agent

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Booking Management: Handle all aspects of reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
System Updates: Accurately input and update reservation details in the booking system.
Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to reservations.
Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to confirm and reconfirm their bookings.
Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by offering information and assistance on reservation-related inquiries.


Education: Must be a graduate.Experience: Minimum of 1-2 year of experience as a Reservations Agent or in a similar role.Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.Residency: Must be a resident of Cairo (Heliopolis)Technical Skills: Proficient in using reservation systems and MS Office.Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
