The Consultant shall:

1. Design training content and develop material and presentation related to ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 45001) for IMC team designated to the service.
2. Design and submit trainees evaluation criteria and tool prior to training implementation.
3. Deliver training related to ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 45001) and how to develop Quality Management System Procedures and Documentation.
4. Develop and implement a comprehensive on job training plan for practical training phase to implement integrated quality management system for a group of client.
5. Provide technical assistance for the IMC team during on-job training and service implementation.
6. Assess and insure clients' reediness for the compliance and certification by a certification body.
7. Conduct accreditation simulation audit, for implemented services as a part of the on-job training and present the results to the Department Head.
8. Present a monthly report that reflect the activities and the level of implementation of the plans.
9. By the end of the assignment consultant should conduct evaluation to identify trainee's strengths and weaknesses, achievements, areas for improvement, and recommendations for growth helping them improve to ensuring effective learning outcomes.
10. Successful completion of similar assignments
11. Certificate proving the professional experience.
12. Qualification documents to be assured that the expert is relevant to the above mentioned requirements

     Assignment Project Duration:

          Project duration 5 months/5 working days per week.
