* Follow up and carry out all check-in and check-out tasks.
* Manage and follow up online and phone reservations.
* Receiving and welcoming guests upon their arrival and registering the check-in form.
* Inform customers about payment methods and verify their ID information's
* Fill in necessary data and information about guest on system.
*Cooperating with guests, answer their enquires, respond to customer complaints and solving problems.
*Confirm reservations and arrange guest's entry.
* Build good relationships with Guests in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively
* Assist to developing of the reservations department
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Highly organized and multitasker * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written* Practical experience in the position of reservations
