  • Implement company talent acquisition strategy.
  • Conduct sourcing activities & develop selection tools in order to fill open positions.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
  • Reviewing employment applications and background check reports.
  • Represent the company internally and externally at events for networking and relationship-building with potential candidate communities.
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Create potential candidates pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
  • Create job ADs Internally & Externally through proper channels.
  • Updating the manpower plan with Division Heads will help identify hiring needs across all departments & adding proper hiring channels, whether internally or externally.
  • Assists the HR department in any needed tasks.

Job RequirementsJob Requirements3+ years of experience in the HR field especially in Talent acquisition 2+ Years in Real Estate.Fluent  in English is a MUST.Ability to work on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.An eager desire to learn the business within an emerging, competitive, and rapidly growing industry.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Lives Nearby new Cairo and can start Immediately.Experience in Real Estate is a huge plus
