CONTRACT IN-HAND PROCESS (ACTIVE PROJECTS):
- Create the company cost codes system, based on the company assets and database using (SAP B1, Primavera P6) and CSI System.
- Working as admin for the EPPM software (Oracle Enterprise Primavera Project management).
- Create the plan of activity, resource codes, and resources role.
- Review and issue productivity rates for the major activities, and create new rates for new activities.
- Monitoring the progress of the active projects with planning engineers at the sites.
- Issue the progress reports of the active projects for the Dashboard of the company, including time and cost status for each project.
- Analysis of earned value (EVM) for the project and / or the specific activities.
- Manage and assist in the development junior and senior planners.
- Review and assist in preparing the time, cost claims involving time impact, and submitted it to the client and/or the consultants.
- Maintain cost control process for the active projects.
TENDER PROJECTS:
- Issue the tender overview, and contract overview for the tender projects after review with the planning, and contract engineers.
- Ensure completion of the study process for the tender schedules, till issuance of the tender time schedules, and method of construction for these projects.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering+10 years of experience in the same field.Fluent English.Good user for the report’s, and presentation’s application, i.e: power BI – power point…. etc.Up to +5 years of P6 operation.Strong mathematical and statistical knowledgeCapability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
