Medical Representative Job Description

• Promotes the company products to medical doctors in the allocated area in order to achieve the sales target.
• Maintains and develops professional relationship with the medical doctors that prescribe the company products.
• Promotes the designated products in regular calls to the targeted health care professionals according to Pioneer strategy and action plan.
• Organizes and conducts Product meetings and round tables.
• Driving Performance - Has the responsibility to meet/exceed performance targets for assigned product(s) within the allocated territory through achievement of related Promotion Excellence KPIs.
• Executing Customer Engagement Excellence - focuses on executing in-clinic Performance Action Plan by way of Customer Engagement Model, implements off-clinic promotional activities “Health Day” assigned to target Customers and thereby improves the Customer relationship.
• Monitor competitors and market activities to identify business gaps and opportunities- Find new business opportunities and introduce the brand in new accounts in line with the brand image and strategy.
• Ensures availability of products in pharmacies, polyclinics and hospitals
• Regular report and provide daily activity logs to manager
• Sales Target: Achieve agreed territory sales target (annual, quarter, month) by defined therapy area, territories and channels.
• Develops and implement territory plan: Responsible for developing and implementing territory tactical plan aligned to affiliate brand plans with focus on delivering top- priority metrics such as revenue, growth (value & volume) and profitability.
