- Conducting thorough market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, attending product launches of rival companies.
- Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
- Collaborating and strategizing with the business and engineering teams.
- Attending workshops and courses in Clinical-Technical Service and marketing.
- Outdoor business activities support to marketing and Clinical-Technical Service team.
- Planning and assisting with new product releases, events and marketing plans.
- Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.
- Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Present all new technology at Events and Work Shops.
- Attend Scientific events and workshops local and global.
- Visit KOL doctors to maintain new strategies and Products platform.
- Maintain and develop relationship with Universities, Research Institutes, governmental agencies and industry, meanwhile develop new market opportunities.
- Organize or take part in seminars, presentations and sales negotiations for important or potential customers/partners.
- Secure offer and order follow up to ensure each project placing order.
- Identifying staff training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions and maintain training material.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs.
Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineer.Presentation skills.Preferably fluent in English.
