- Follow up with daily news on the Saudi stock market.
- Update and review all listed and unlisted profile data (basic info, business info, subsidiary information, company developments, new shareholders)
- Update Organizational structure, salaries, and bonuses.
- Check for more info on organizational structure in the CVs.
- Create new companies and collect all available information for their profiles.
- preparing quarterly and annual reports.
- Review the annual reports and board of directors’ reports for updates.
- Handle any additional tasks from the manager.
Very good command of English Bachelor's degree -Faculty of Business or Commerce, Economics, and Political Science. Background in the Saudi Arabia Market is preferred Experience 1- 3 Years
