• Study project contract documents (schedule, project design drawings, BOQ).
• Maintain and update the shop drawing log before the consultant’s approval submission.
• Prepare requests for information (RFIs) to address any technical issues during construction.
• Review subcontractors' shop drawings.
• Troubleshoot unexpected technical challenges during construction and reporting to the Technical Manager.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions.
• Create detailed construction item drawings.
• Develop as-built drawings at project completion for project consultant submission.
• Coordinate structural and architectural drawings across different disciplines (MEP drawings).
• Grade between 2018-2019• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.• Contractor's background is essential.• Minimum 5 years of experience in Architecture Shop drawings.• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.• Strong understanding of shop drawings and document coordination.• Knowledge of construction terminology and techniques.• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
