Supervise all aspects of post-production, including media management, artistic project monitoring, troubleshooting, conforming, mastering, encoding, broadcasting, and archiving. Ensure efficient planning of workspaces and resources to optimize production processes. Manage and maintain storage systems and archives for productions, ensuring accessibility and organization of digital assets. Coordinate technical training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance skills and stay updated with industry trends and advancements. Coordinate production and public facing technical testing, training workshops and masterclass schedules for AV and VFX laboratories and studios. Collaborate with the production team to integrate visual effects and post-production elements into final deliverables. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in audio and visual post-production to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Audio-Visual Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in AV production and post-production, with a focus on supervision and management. Strong understanding of media management, digital asset organization, and archiving practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and train team members.
