Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technical Office Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC engineering, with a strong background in technical office tasks. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required for designing and documenting HVAC systems. You will be responsible for developing detailed HVAC designs, coordinating with other disciplines, and supporting project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed HVAC designs and layouts using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Prepare and review technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and project reports.
- Conduct load calculations, energy modeling, and system sizing to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with architectural, electrical, and structural engineers to integrate HVAC designs within the overall building system.
- Perform quality control checks on HVAC designs and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation.
- Provide technical support and expertise to the project team during the design and construction phases.
- Ensure that all HVAC designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical input as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC engineering with a focus on technical office tasks.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for HVAC design and documentation.Knowledge of HVAC systems, standards, codes, and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Residency in Giza-6th of October city is preferable.
