Role Description

Providing consultations, examinations, treatments of the patients in the OPD. Providing continuing education, training to colleagues, nurses, and technicians and compliance with good documentation practices standards.

1- Provides consultations, examinations, treatments with full range of agents, methods, and techniques, observing quality and safety standards in the OPD.

2-Provides technical advice and guidance to colleagues and nursing staff as part of orientation or training in new techniques and procedures

3-Participates in the T.Q.M. programs in collaboration with QPS Department. Must be active member of hospital-wide committees like Code Blue Committee in a position designated or elected by committee members

4-Provides continuing education, training, and demonstration by sharing new procedures and techniques to colleagues, nurses, and technicians assigned within the department

5-Using telecommunications technologies to Support the delivery of all kinds of Medical Services.

6- Participate in all Family Medicine upcoming projects of SGH.

7- Attends to scheduled or unscheduled meetings to discuss and resolve problems

8- Comply with the hospital general policies and instructions

9- Comply with quality and infection, prevention control protocols and guidelines

10- Comply with Dress Code, Personal Hygiene and Punctuality Systems
