HR Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. This role involves managing employee records, overseeing social and medical insurance, and maintaining positive relationships with government agencies. The HR Specialist will be the primary point of contact for HR-related matters and ensure all HR activities align with company policies and legal standards.

Responsibiliteis:

  • Promote awareness and understanding of HR policies and procedures among employees.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage and oversee the administration of social insurance for all employees.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of social insurance documentation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Ministry of Labor.
  • Ensure compliance with all Ministry of Labor regulations and requirements.
  • Handle government-related documentation and submissions.
  • Stay informed about current labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws.
  • Administer the medical insurance program for employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding medical insurance benefits and claims.
  • Maintain and update employee files and records in an organized and secure manner.
  • Ensure all employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with data protection regulations.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
  • Document findings and recommend appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, review, and manage employee contracts.
  • Ensure all contracts are in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
  • Ensure all HRMS records are up-to-date and accurate.

Excellent command of English language is a must.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role in facilities management organizations or relevant industries (Construction, Contracting).Strong knowledge of HR principles, social insurance, labor laws, and regulations.Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
