B2B Account Manager

Egypt - Cairo

B2B Account Manager creates long-term, trusting relationships with the clients and oversees a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities through: 

  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all client’s account management matters.
  • Building and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to client’s needs and objectives.
  • Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Preparing reports on account status.
  • Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the company. 
  • Assisting with challenging client’s requests or issue escalations as needed.

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales or any relevant field.1-5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and reaching targets.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic knowledge in English.Self-motivated and results-oriented.
