- Building and setting up new development tools and micro-service infrastructure
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
- Analyzes the technology currently being used and develops plans and processes for improvement
- Setup and administer new alarms and monitoring tools
- Recommends performance enhancements by identifying alternative solutions
- Troubleshooting and bug fixing of different micro-services and CI/CD pipelines
Working experience and knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and/or Open ShiftConfiguring system operations on azureCompose infrastructure as code in a TerraformFamiliar with Network and Security FundamentalsHosting websites using mainly IIS and knowledge of Apache and NginxFamiliar with VMware and vSphere, Veeam backup.Installing and configuring windows servers (MCSA)Information storage and management conceptsGood knowledge with Linux systems such RedHat, ubuntuScripting or programming skills for automating tasks (Python, PowerShell)Experience with monitoring stacks like Zabbix, Grafana/ Prometheus and/or ELKKnowledge and experience with Software Version Control systems: GIT, bitbucket, etc.Knowledge and experience with CI/CD tools: MS Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab, etc.Familiarity with networking architecture (e.g. Load Balancing, TCP/IP, Routing)Strong problem solving and communication skillsAvailability to support 24/7
