B2B Business Development Specialist

• Project and Task Management:
1. Develop and manage cooperation protocols and agreements between Engosoft and private
sector entities.
2. Collaborate with the Saudi branch team and the CRM Specialist to prepare files and
documents for Saudi government training tenders.
3. Ensure compliance with accreditation bodies for academic content of professional
certificates.


• Client Relationship Management:
1. Prospect and engage with key decision-makers in private sector institutions and HR
departments.
2. Build and maintain a robust network of relationships, updating the private sector client
database regularly.
3. Re-engage, expand sales opportunities, and facilitate supply orders with current and past
clients.

• Market Expansion and Sales Support:
1. Prospect for clients using various platforms, including email and LinkedIn.
2. Communicate with clients about training opportunities, prepare technical and financial offers.
3. Register Engosoft as a supplier on private sector platforms.
• Reporting and Documentation:
1. Prepare and submit necessary reports to the Director of the Marketing and Business
Development Department.


Job Specifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.• Excellent networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.• Familiarity with the Saudi private sector landscape and training/certification industry.• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.Desired Competencies:• Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and negotiate contracts.• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.• Networking: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
