Job Summary:
The B2B Content Creator will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging content targeted
towards engineering professionals and companies in the Saudi Arabian market. This includes creating
blog posts, website copy, social media content, email newsletters, and other collateral to promote
Engosoft's training courses, certifications, and engineering recruitment services.


Responsibilities:
• Research industry trends, audience pain points, and competitor content to develop a content
strategy that resonates with the Saudi Arabian engineering market
• Write compelling, SEO-optimized blog posts, web pages, social media posts, and other content
assets
• Edit and proofread content to ensure quality and brand consistency
• Measure content performance and use data to continually optimize and improve content
• Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing best practices and implement new strategies as
needed
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality content for various channels.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and audience needs in the Saudi engineering
sector.
• Optimize content for SEO and lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools.
Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).


• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B content creation.• Proven experience creating content for the engineering industry (or a related technical field).• Strong understanding of the Saudi engineering market and its specific needs.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.• Proficient in SEO best practices.• Experience with social media marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter).• Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.• Excellent time management and organizational skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desired Competencies:• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.• Strong research and analytical abilities.• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress).• Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
