About the job:

Mighty Foods is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our new products and brand identity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Mighty Foods mission, values, and business objectives.

• Brand Identity: Manage and enhance the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, from packaging to marketing materials.

• Product Positioning: Define and refine the positioning of Mighty Foods products in the market, considering customer needs and competitor landscape.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.

• Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.

• Product Launches: Manage product launches, from concept to market, ensuring a cohesive and compelling message.

• Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual and written content that communicates the brand’s identity effectively.

• Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to drive brand success.

• Brand Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
