- Supervised endoscopy technical support endoscopy activities.
- Assigning tasks to service endoscopy team members.
- Follow up on maintenance services during the warranty period.
- Monitor and manage maintenance contracts.
- Install new endoscopy devices for various customers.
- Provide training to customers on the operation of new devices.
- Ensure technical delivery meets customer requirements.
- Consulting and troubleshooting endoscopy technical support team members.
- Follow up with key accounts on maintenance services.
- Conduct training sessions for both sales and technical support teams.
- Maintaining and following up upon enhancing good customer relations and handling their complaints regarding GT services.
- Ensure overall compliance with GT and vendor standards.
- Train and assist new hires in understanding existing products
- Assist the Service and Technical Manager as required.
- Translate technical guides from English to Arabic based on client requests.
- Support the endoscopy sales team through technical lecturing and dual sales calls on demand when necessary.
- Oversee the creation and management of job sheets from subordinates.
- Provide a weekly report to the endoscopy service and technical manager.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSC).2-4 years of relevant experience.Proficient in spoken and written English.Strong communication and planning skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure.
