We are seeking an experienced SEO & Google Ads Expert to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in local SEO strategies, encompassing both on-page and off-page techniques, specifically tailored for the Middle East and GCC market. In addition, proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns, including PPC, search, display, and YouTube ads, is essential for this role. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive local SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic to Mada Properties' digital assets. 
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and optimal content strategies for English and Arabic audiences. 
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and user engagement. 
  • Execute off-page SEO tactics such as link building, directory submissions, and local citations to strengthen domain authority and establish brand credibility. 
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including search, display, and YouTube, to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives. 
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate actionable insights to refine targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO and PPC efforts with overall marketing initiatives and business goals. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in SEO and paid advertising strategies.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Combined total of 4 to 5 years proven work experience as an SEO & Google Ads Specialist, with a focus on the Middle East and GCC region. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithmic updates, and ranking factors. Hands-on experience with the Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking. Must have experience using tools like Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Semrush, and Moz. Proficiency in English and Arabic languages, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Results-driven mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices. Certifications Required: Google Analytics 4 Certification Google Tag Manager Certification Local SEO Certification Google Ads Certification
