We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring that our technology solutions meet the client's needs and expectations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical issues and inquiries.Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and provide tailored technical solutions to meet those needs.Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, sales, and development, to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of technology solutions.Provide ongoing technical support and training to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our products and services.Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively support clients.Manage and prioritize multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.Assist in the development and delivery of technical presentations and proposals to clients.Monitor and report on client usage, feedback, and satisfaction to inform product development and improvement initiatives.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical account management or similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
