  • Responds to and follows up on all the updates from the drivers, dispatchers and management
  • Handles On the Road repairs by promptly contacting mechanics and repair shops 
  • Reports incidents, e.g., accidents, to Senior Management
  • Stops drivers from driving after 10 PM EST during the summer and 8 PM EST during the winter
  • Submits a daily report

Ability to respond immediately and handle any emergency situationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent command of EnglishMulti-tasking abilitiesPatience when handling tough casesStable Internet Connection of at least 30mbps.Laptop/ PC with at least the following specs:Intel Core i5 8th generation or equivalent8 to 16 GB RAM
