About the Role
- Research and select furniture, fabrics, lighting, and finishes that meet the specifications of the project.
- Create space plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to visualize the design concept.
- Prepare construction documents, including specifications, schedules, and finish boards.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new products.
- Attend job visits and client presentations when needed (mostly at the headquarter).
- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s needs, wants, and budget.
