Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Advise and support hand-in preparing the annual financial plans for all business departments and lines. 
  • Assisting in the valuation process by preparing five five-year forecast
  • Monthly closing analysis and reporting 
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize recommendations for (Annual or Quarterly) Financial Plans and Forecasts and Trend Analysis
  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.
  • Other accounting tasks such as making sure that all expenses are recorded correctly in the accounts that match the plan.
  • Proactive analysis and communication of results/issues and being able to discuss casuals and potential solutions 
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for presentation
  • Provides in-depth analysis of Management Reports for monthly and quarterly business review within Management covering the financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow), highlighting business performance in terms of KPIs including comparison against Plan/Forecast, and providing advice on operational efficiencies.
  • Analyze current and past trends in KPIs, including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Prepare weekly manufacturing and cost performance reviews for management.
  • Participate in random stock counts and full stock counts for all locations quarterly, Annually.
  • Prepare the monthly provisions and accruals (Slow Moving Stocks – product write-off).
  • Prepare aging stock report, manage stock write-off, and clean up the balances
  • PPV extract and reporting and updating BOM.  
  • Prepare monthly reviews and reconciliation of Inventory accounts.
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies.
  • Support the Finance manager with in-depth analysis.
