- Develop, review, and administer procedures to inspect and report quality issues
- Establish and measure KPIs to monitor all operations that affect quality standards
- Maintain records of quality control reports, audit results, and statistical reviews
- Ensure our internal operations meet all legal guidelines and standards
- Assist the department with hiring and training quality assurance staff
- Participate in quality control testing and communicate parameters to the QA team
- Review client, customer, and employee feedback to improve QC testing
Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role & Fresh are welcomed.Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assuranceSolid knowledge of relevant regulatory standardsGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent data collection and analysis skillsStrong attention to detailRelevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
