- Managing and reviewing the risk analysis reports in order to highlight the top high risks that may be inherited within the tender documents risks to support the Go or no Go decisions to the top management to mitigate/avoid risks to be considered during the pricing process and taking decisions.
- Review contracts drafted by other parties in order to maintain minimum risks to the company.
- Managing the contract administration process, Claims/EOTs submission process, and dispute resolution services to the projects.
- Providing contractual advice upon the interpretation of contract documents.
- Providing contractual advice regarding the potential risks in the signed/under signature Contracts.
- Drafting Contractual Correspondences and monitoring the timeous submission of relevant contractual notices
- Managing the claims/EOTs submission Process for extension of time and additional costs.
- Guiding the delay analysis techniques to quantify the time impact of delays
- Assessing the claims submitted by Sub-Contractors with the most appropriate contractual and/or legal base
- Performing audits to Subcontracts above a certain amount to ensure compliance with the provided templates and highlight any risks
- Assists the Project Manager in contract close-out procedures to ensure that all terms and conditions of contracts have been complied with prior to final payment to Subcontractors.
