- Oversee day-to-day operations including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the facility.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise fitness trainers, front desk staff, and Housekeeping crew.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Address customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain relationships with members and ensure their goals are supported.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
