  • Prepares charts and tables using software packages such as PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Files documents according to filing system.
  • Writes outgoing email correspondences; process and distribute contents of incoming mail, faxes, interoffice correspondence, etc.
  • Perform any other secretarial and administrative tasks assigned by the Department head to ensure efficient and smooth support to the department.
  • Schedules, confirms appointments and meetings.
