- Provides secretarial services as required.
- Issues word documents and letters.
- Prepares charts and tables using software packages such as PowerPoint & Excel.
- Files documents according to filing system.
- Writes outgoing email correspondences; process and distribute contents of incoming mail, faxes, interoffice correspondence, etc.
- Perform any other secretarial and administrative tasks assigned by the Department head to ensure efficient and smooth support to the department.
- Schedules, confirms appointments and meetings.
