The company is recruiting a marketing associate to participate in forming a marketing/sales team that's capable of market research, market penetration and customer service.
Marketing Associate
- Assist in hiring and lead the sales team
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Transport frequently to approach markets all around the country
- Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
- Communicate with the operational departments to ensure quick and reliable fulfillment to customer needs
- Participate in pricing policies and display customer impressions
- Assist in the selection of new products
- Prepare regular sales forecasting reports
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
Educational and practical experience (2-5 years) in the field of sales (wood and melamine in particular)Fluent in written and spoken English languageBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldKnowledge of furniture industry and market is a great plus
