Receptionist

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the dermatology clinic. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for patients.

# Responsibilities:
1. *Patient Interaction:*
  - Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival.
  - Check patients in and out, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurately entered into the system.
  - Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed.

2. *Administrative Duties:*
  - Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  - Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
  - Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.

3. *Coordination:*
  - Communicate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  - Coordinate with the administrative manager and other departments to handle patient inquiries and issues.
  - Provide information about the clinic’s services, policies, and procedures.

4. *Customer Service:*
  - Address patient questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  - Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service.
  - Assist patients with completing forms and other documentation.

5. *Financial Transactions:*
  - Process payments, including co-pays and balances due.
  - Maintain accurate records of transactions and handle billing inquiries.

6. *Compliance:*
  - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality requirements.
  - Follow clinic policies and procedures related to patient privacy and data protection.


 #Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or customer service is a plus.- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including MS Office Suite and appointment scheduling systems.-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
