- Manage the financial aspects of the payment process by creating the payment links.

- Publish tour packages, including destination spotlights, hotel and restaurant reviews, tips for budget-minded travelers, and more.
- Research destinations thoroughly before Publishing to ensure the accuracy of the information presented.
- Adhere to strict deadlines.
- Understand the client’s needs and preferences, providing expert guidance to create a personalized travel itinerary.
- Make the needed follow-up.
- Handle all aspects of customer service, from pre-trip planning to post-trip follow-up.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner

- Upsell additional products and services when appropriate.
- Handle the last-minute requests and send them to the operator.
