Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.
  • Assign and monitor tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the roles.

Interview and Selection:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in the development of interview questions and assessment criteria.
  • Participate in interviews and provide input on candidate selection.

Onboarding and Integration:

  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate new hire training.

Employer Branding:

  • Enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other recruitment sources.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Implement best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
