Techsa is looking for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for ensuring that software applications and systems meet quality standards before they are released to end-users.

As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you are required to work with software developers and other members of the project team to identify potential defects, create test plans and test cases, and execute testing strategies. 

This is a critical role in ensuring software quality, collaborating with other stakeholders to identify and address defects, and continuously improving the testing process to ensure that software systems and applications are reliable, efficient, and meet customer needs.
 

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities
- Creating and executing test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Developing and implementing automated test scripts to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing.
- Identifying and documenting defects or issues in software applications and communicating them to development teams.
- Collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to resolve defects or issues and ensure that software applications meet functional and performance requirements.
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of software requirements and specifications.
- Participating in design reviews and providing feedback on potential issues or areas of improvement.
- Mentoring and coaching junior testing engineers on best practices for testing software applications.
