  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Proven experience as a TA from 5 to 8 years of experienceproven experience in Food & beverage or retail industry Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, FacebookStrong interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communications skillsTeam spiritHr Diploma is a Must
