  1. As a Customer Service Representative (Spanish / English Bilingual), You Will:
  2. Must be Fluent in Spanish and English with B2 Level Proficiency.
  3. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via Calls, email and chat.
  4. Provide personalized customer service at the highest level.
  5. Ensure proper security procedures are followed for all customer interactions.
  6. Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper
    information is given to customers.
  7. Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and
    services.
  8. Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the account as per business requirements

As a Customer Service Representative (Spanish / English Bilingual), You Have:1.  The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in Spanish and English2.6 Months of experience in Customer Service Field.3.  Great communication skills, both verbal and written.4.  The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.5.  Ability to work changing shifts, including evenings and weekends.6. The understanding you will be working on-site at our state-of-the-art campus in Cairo.
