Luminary is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage our social media channels and enhance our online presence. This role involves creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and driving social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities.
- Analyze social media performance using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Generate regular reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
