We are currently recruiting for our client a prestigious client real estate development who require an senior planning engineer
Main responsibilities:
•Prepare Projects Schedule Using Primavera 6.
Prepare methodology Plan and narrative Report for project Construction
Prepare Progress Reports, dashboards and updates and Prepare Recovery Plan with Project Managers.
Review and analysis Project Documents, Drawings and BOQ. Prepare S curve, cash Flow and Histogram for the project and look ahead report.
Forecast end date of the projects considering any delay in the activities .
Monitoring, Updates, and delay analysis of the schedule and prepare area of concern.
Prepare procurement plan including long lead items with Procurement team
Preparing delay analysis for EOT claims.

Location : New Cairo + might have some site visits
Days off : Friday & Saturday
Working hours : From 10 am - 6 pm
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering civil or architecture- From 5-7 Years of Experience in construction , and real estate development companies is preferred.- Experience with ERP system a must-Advanced Excel user- Strong background in claimsPMP is preferable.Primavera Advanced level.Power BI Excellent User.Construction background is a must.
