Junior Brand Manager

Egypt - Cairo
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that meet financial objectives and build brand equity.
  • Ensuring all trade and sales activities are aligned with brand strategy, supervise/monitor for all indirect activities (trade marketing, sales, social program, etc.).
  • Partner with the analysis team to translate insights into actionable marketing plans and recommendations.
  • Conduct research to understand markets and determine how to position the company’s brand.
  • Manage a variety of simultaneous brand projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Suggest and implement creative ideas for marketing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to create high-impact promotions, and campaigns to win with different customer groups.
  • Monitor budgets to maximize profits and minimize costs.
  • Evaluate competition, industry and market trends.
  • Craft brand digital strategies in partnership with the digital marketing and e-commerce teams.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing activities, assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Monitor marketing parameters such as distribution, pricing and POS to better position and optimize the company’s products and services. 
  • Analyze the gains of marketing campaigns and efforts, creating reports and providing recommendations to improve.

 


Prior working experience as a Joiner Brand Manager or a similar role. Basic understanding of product pricing, packaging, distribution, and positioning. Up to date with current marketing trends and best practices. Research, data collection, and analysis skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to work with tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Team player with a creative and results-oriented mindset. A high degree of business acumen. BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field
