HR Business Partner

Two Talented HR Business Partners are needed for two different Business Units. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities with the organization on Operational and Strategic initiatives.

HR Supervisors & HR Section Heads are welcomed to apply.

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for all textile manufacturing/retail positions, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
  • Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on various HR topics.
  • Identify training needs through performance reviews, skills gaps analysis, and employee feedback.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
  • Designing and implementing a performance management system that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

 

 


Bachelor's degree or relevant experience5+ years' experience in Human Resources (Textile Manufacturing / Retail) is a must.Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
