Develop Social Media Campaigns:

  • Design and implement social media campaigns to support marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Create content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Define Most Important Social Media KPIs:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.
  • Regularly analyze and report on social media performance using these KPIs.

Encourage Collaboration Across Teams and Departments:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration for cohesive campaign execution.

Data Analysis:

  • Conduct regular data analysis to gain insights into audience behavior, preferences, and trends.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies and content.

Engage With Customers and Followers:

  • Build and maintain relationships with followers, fostering a community around the brand.
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a positive and engaging manner.

Monitor SEO and Web Traffic Metrics:

  • Track and analyze SEO performance and web traffic metrics related to social media activities.
  • Use these insights to improve content visibility and engagement.

Other Duties as Assigned:

  • Support other marketing and communication activities as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Undertake Audience Research:

  • Conduct research to identify target audiences and understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Use audience insights to tailor content and strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.

Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media SpecialistExcellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skillsDemonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledgeAdequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEOKnowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channelsPositive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organisational abilityFluency in English / arabicBS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
