- Review and interpret agricultural contracts, agreements, and related documents
- Evaluate contract terms, specifications, and requirements to ensure compliance
- Assess contractor/vendor proposals and make recommendations for contract awards
- Negotiate and finalize contract terms and conditions with external parties
- Monitor project progress and oversee the fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Identify, analyze, and resolve contractual issues, disputes, and change orders
- Prepare and process contract amendments, extensions, and renewals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract management
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all contract-related activities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on agricultural best practices and standards
- Recommend process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Architecture Engineering.5+ years of experience in the same fieldVery good command of English.Experience in the real estate/Construction field is a plus.
