Real Estate Sales Manager

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager in Egypt with exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in any customer service industry, with the ability to develop successful sales strategies and exceed targets. Strong experience in team management and mentoring is essential.

Responsibilities:-

•Lead and manage a sales team, providing leadership, training, and coaching. 
•Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organisational goals and revenue targets.
•Set individual sales targets for team members. 
•Track, analyze, and report on sales figures. 
•Ensure the sales team has the resources needed for optimal performance.
•Plan and conduct sales team training sessions.
•Possess strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. 
•Excellent skills in mentoring, coaching, and managing people. 
•Communicate effectively with other departments to get all cross functional tasks done on time.
 


•Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics,Customer Relationship, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. •Proven experience in sales (5+ years) with at least 2 years in managerial level•Experience in real estate is a must.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights.•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. •Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
