Job Summary: The Production Section Head will oversee and manage the production section of our automotive manufacturing facility, focusing on sheet metal and assembly processes. This role ensures that production goals are met while maintaining quality standards and adhering to industry regulations, including IATF and VDA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production section, including planning, organizing, and supervising daily operations.
• Ensure efficient and timely production of high-quality automotive components, particularly in sheet metal and assembly.
• Implement and maintain IATF 16949 standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant quality management systems.
• Ensure adherence to VDA standards, facilitating continuous improvement and meeting customer-specific requirements.
• Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop corrective actions to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to enhance production capabilities.
• Manage and train production staff, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and progress towards goals.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
• Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the production section.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining IATF 16949 and VDA standards.
• Experience in leading and managing a production team, with a focus on sheet metal and assembly processes.
