Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Fashion Retail

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the fashion retail industry, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and staffing needs.
  • Source, attract, and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications, cultural fit, and passion for the fashion industry.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, proactively sourcing candidates for key roles.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years' experience Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in the fashion retail industry, with a strong understanding of fashion trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.Solid knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
