- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, proactively sourcing candidates for key roles.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years' experience Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in the fashion retail industry, with a strong understanding of fashion trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.Solid knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
