Export logistics Specialist

Egypt - Cairo
  • Manage spare parts orders for local and export markets . 
  • Communicate with Procurement team & material warehouse for order validation & preparation. 
  • Maintain/update Order Book for all spare part orders .
  • Check all received orders & ensure that the ordered codes are existing & active . 
  • Communicate with customer for availability and est. lead time for spare part orders . 
  • Maintain communication with Platform, customers . 
  • Maintain Weights of spare parts items .  
  • Maintain standard operating procedures special requirements, Material phase out and replacements . 
  • Immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to Manager.
  • Resolve issues respective to meeting client requirements, data input - general customer service inquiries related to tracking & tracing.
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned

Minimum of 3 years work experienceAbility to solve problems .Outstanding attention to detailStrong English verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task, work within time-constraints.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus
