Job Description
- Manage GM's calendar
- schedule meetings, calls, conferences, speaking engagements and other appointments. Adjust schedule as needed to accommodate changing priorities.
- Arrange business travel including flights, hotel, transportation and itinerary. Create detailed travel itineraries and ensure all reservations and logistics are handled smoothly.
- Coordinate meetings
- schedule internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, take notes and follow up on action items.
- Manage correspondence
- reply to emails, compose letters and other communications on behalf of the GM.
- Run errands
- pick up supplies, drop off/pick up items at office or post office, shop for gifts as needed.
- Provide general administrative support
- organize files, manage contacts, submit expense reports, handle mail, order office supplies.
- - Complete special projects as assigned by the GM.
QualificationsMinimum high school education or equivalent2+ years' of retail or equivalent management experienceStrong verbal or written communication skills
